- meeting timelines (we want them to meet and teach their first lesson by the end of October so that our .5 reflection is week of Nov. 2

.5 day Planning (during October)
.5 day Teaching and reflecting in their group (minimum 2 video cameras per group) (week of October 26)
.5 day Reflection led by Bill, Brenda, Mike, Janice so that we support their reflection and they improve that lesson they just taught - planning their improved lesson and have it done when they leave
.5 day teach the lesson again - after Christmas - early January
.5 day reflection and show some of their video - share their concerns, celebrations - later January

Big Ideas:

-teachers helping teachers was awesome
-having the technology all to yourself makes a bigger impact - you can integrate it into your practice
-Clicker was popular with teachers
-SB have the potential to be sage on the stage
-Notebook 10 - really helps get used to digital content especially those teachers who hadn't taught with computers
-it was hard to get teachers reflecting on their lesson - I'm not sure that they got there
-it would be good to have a creating content activity on the wiki so that people see what it's like to collaborate on content
-teachers grew tons in their use of technology - evidence in the surveys, and the difference between the first 4 corner activity and the end
-Brenda could do a better job intervening with the newbies at their school - this year I ran small group after school sessions which were great, put I think some people needed more help right in their classroom for longer time

Other things people might want to be learning throughout the year:
Primary
-use computer as an instructional tool in classroom
-good websites to use
-notebook software
-clicker
-skype
-web to world - global projects such as Teddy Bear Projects
